Established in 2014, Roadnight Capital is an Australian based alternative asset management and capital solutions firm, aiming to provide exceptional risk adjusted investment opportunities for investors and innovative capital solutions for businesses. Our investment team has an average of 25 years each of experience across funds management, corporate and institutional banking, corporate and infrastructure finance, restructuring and portfolio risk management.

Our team has deep private debt and investing experience, relationships and knowledge gained from working for large global investment groups, commercial banks, non-bank lenders and professional services firms.
RICHARD DAVIES
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Richard is the founder and Managing Director of Roadnight Capital, and is responsible for investment strategy, investors, and investment origination.
ANDREW COLLIVER
MANAGING DIRECTOR – INVESTMENTS
Andrew is Managing Director Investments at Roadnight Capital and is jointly responsible for investment strategy, risk and compliance, and portfolio across all products.
ANDREW LALLY
MANAGING DIRECTOR – PARTNERSHIPS
Andrew is Managing Director of Partnerships at Roadnight Capital, and is responsible for creating portfolio and product solutions for our investors and partnership channels.
ALLAN STONEHOUSE
DIRECTOR – INVESTMENTS
Allan is responsible for deal structuring, due diligence, management of client relationships and execution of investments within our portfolio.
RICHARD BATTEN
ASSOCIATE
Richard is responsible for the assessment, structuring and execution of private credit opportunities across the fund, as well as the management of existing client relationships.
SAMUEL SUBRAMANIAM
ANALYST
Samuel is responsible for the due diligence, data analysis and structuring of investments across the fund, in addition to execution and loan monitoring.

Ben is responsible for the due diligence, data analysis and structuring of investments across the fund, in addition to execution and loan monitoring.

DAVID WIGHTMAN
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
David joined Roadnight Capital in 2019 and is now Chief Operating Officer, responsible for finance and operations and jointly responsible for risk and compliance.
