Richard is responsible for the assessment, structuring and execution of private credit opportunities across the fund, as well as the management of existing client relationships.
Before joining Roadnight Capital, Richard was a Director at FTI Consulting in their Corporate Finance and Restructuring team. With over seven years of experience, Richard has been closely involved in all aspects of stressed and distressed businesses, as well as debt advisory and transaction services mandates.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Business, a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and an Advanced Certification from the Australian Restructuring, Insolvency & Turnaround Association.
