ROADNIGHT CAPITAL
DIVERSIFIED INCOME FUND

The Fund provides investors access to a diverse portfolio of secured private debt issued by Australian businesses. The Fund expects to generate returns of 10%–13%pa net of fees and pays quarterly distributions to investors of the income generated by the portfolio. 

NATURAL CAPITAL SENIOR
LOAN NOTES

Senior secured notes paying 9.0% pa, having a 12 or 18 month term.  The underlying investments supporting the notes is a pool of senior mortgages secured against agricultural property with an LVR of less than 65%. Senior note holders benefit from first-loss capital of 10% in addition to the low LVR on the loans in the pool. 

CO-INVESTMENT
SYNDICATED DEALS

Roadnight Capital offers investors the ability to participate directly in selected private debt and other alternative asset opportunities. The co-investment opportunities usually provide a running fixed yield and have a term of one to three years.
