DIVERSIFIED INCOME FUND
The Fund provides investors access to a diverse portfolio of secured private debt issued by Australian businesses. The Fund expects to generate returns of 10%–13%pa* net of fees and pays quarterly distributions to investors of the income generated by the portfolio.
CO-INVESTMENT
SYNDICATED DEALS
Roadnight Capital offers investors the ability to participate directly in selected private debt and other alternative asset opportunities. The co-investment opportunities usually provide a running fixed yield and have a term of one to three years.
