The Roadnight Capital Diversified Income Fund (Fund) provides investors with exposure to a diverse portfolio of secured private loans to Australian businesses. The Fund targets generating BBSW 30 days plus 6-9% p.a.* net of fees to investors and pays quarterly distributions to investors from the income generated by the portfolio.
