We are focused on risk-adjusted returns and are happy to work with other parties across the capital stack to find a solution for borrowers. This can see us structure and participate in senior secured debt, subordinated and mezzanine debt, and hybrid capital.
LOAN SIZE
Targeted loan sizes are typically $1m – $30m, however we can fund larger facilities with the assistance of our chosen partners.
