MANAGING DIRECTOR – INVESTMENTS
Andrew is Managing Director Investments at Roadnight Capital and is jointly responsible for investment strategy, risk and compliance, and portfolio across all products.
During the last 8 years, Andrew co-founded and built fintech Banjo Loans which provides loans to SME businesses across Australia. Andrew is a non executive director on the Board of Banjo. Andrew is also the Chairperson of a leading workplace behaviour change organisation called En Masse that is rapidly expanding into offshore markets.
Prior to founding Banjo, Andrew held multiple domestic and offshore senior executive roles with National Australia Bank over 20+ year career. Andrew successfully built the nabadvisory business from start up to 60 highly skilled practitioners operating in 3 countries. A start up ‘Wall St. to Main St.’ strategy bringing advisory and private equity capabilities to the Institutional and Corporate market.
In his last corporate role, Andrew was Managing Director Business Performance responsible for strategy, transformation projects, business operating performance and improvement for 5 operating divisions of NAB representing 13% of group revenues.
Andrew has a Masters of Applied Finance from the University of Melbourne, studied at Singularity University in California and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company of Directors.
