ANDREW HE – Investment Associate
Andrew is responsible for screening, diligence and execution across the full investment lifecycle. He also monitors portfolio companies, including reviewing ongoing performance and supporting borrowers with additional drawdowns and requests.
Prior to joining Roadnight Capital, Andrew was at KPMG's Debt advisory team where he advised on securitisation and leverage finance transactions and capital structure reviews. He also worked within the KPMG Strategy practice on commercial due diligence, value creation and strategic reviews. Earlier in his career, Andrew gained experience at Nash Advisory and Hatchstone Capital.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and completed an exchange at HEC Paris.
