MATT KIRK – Investment Analyst

Matt is responsible for screening, diligence and execution across the full investment lifecycle at Roadnight Capital. He also monitors portfolio companies, including reviewing ongoing performance and supporting borrowers with additional drawdowns and requests.

Prior to joining Roadnight Capital, Matt was part of KPMG’s Turnaround & Restructuring team, working on live receiverships, including formerly listed companies, primarily in the consumer goods manufacturing and consumer lending sectors.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and completed an exchange at Korea University Business School.
