Leo is responsible for the due diligence, financial modelling and structuring of private credit investments, as well as transaction execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring. Before joining Roadnight Capital, Leo was a Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance team at RSM Australia, where he gained deep expertise in financial due diligence, business valuation and transaction support. Leo is a CFA charterholder and holds a Master of Finance from the University of Melbourne.
